As of the check date (26 Jul 2026) this surcharged rate is the one actually in effect, but it is explicitly temporary and reviewed bi-monthly, so the base 1 Jan 2026 fare is recorded as the 'bands' above with the surcharge context here rather than baking a moving figure into the primary table.
